About SigmaTechGH

SigmaTechGH is a software development company based in Ghana. We design, build, and deliver offline and online business management systems for hotels, restaurants, pharmacies, retail shops, and other business types. We also provide website development and software consultancy services.

References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to SigmaTechGH. References to "you" or "the client" refer to any individual or business engaging with our website or services.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Ghanaian or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying infrastructure
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this website without prior written permission from SigmaTechGH
• Use any automated tool or scraper to extract content or data from this website
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through this website

We reserve the right to restrict access to this website for any user who violates these terms.

Products and Services

All products listed on this website are business management software systems developed by SigmaTechGH. Each system is delivered as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Our systems are designed for use in Ghana and may include Ghana-specific features such as GRA VAT calculations, SSNIT, and PAYE. While we aim to keep these features accurate, SigmaTechGH is not a licensed tax or financial adviser. You remain responsible for verifying compliance with current tax regulations applicable to your business.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our order form or by direct communication with SigmaTechGH. An order is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it and received the agreed payment or deposit.

• Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). USD equivalents shown are indicative only and may vary with exchange rates
• All payments are one-time unless explicitly stated otherwise — there are no recurring subscription fees for our offline systems
• We may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance payable upon delivery or at an agreed milestone
• Payment methods accepted include Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfer, and any other method agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of confirmation

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We aim to deliver within the timeframe agreed, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including client-side delays in providing required information or access.

For offline systems, installation is carried out on-site at your business premises or remotely, as agreed. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the required hardware meets the minimum specifications communicated by SigmaTechGH before installation.

Post-installation support is provided for the period stated on the relevant product page. After this period, continued support may be available at an agreed rate.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• A refund request is made before any work has commenced on a custom order
• The delivered system has a material defect that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• A cancellation is agreed in writing before delivery

Where a partial refund is agreed, any work already completed or costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Licence and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a system from SigmaTechGH, you are purchasing a perpetual licence to use that system for your own business operations. You do not own the underlying source code, design, or intellectual property of the system.

• You may not resell, sublicence, distribute, or transfer the system to any third party without our written consent
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any system
• You may not rebrand or present the system as your own product
• All intellectual property rights in the systems remain with SigmaTechGH

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, icons, and images — is the property of SigmaTechGH and may not be reproduced without permission.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us
• Ensure your hardware meets the minimum requirements for any system you purchase
• Take responsibility for backing up your own data — SigmaTechGH is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, or failure to maintain backups
• Use our systems only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to modify or tamper with any system without our consent
• Inform us promptly of any issues or defects discovered after delivery

Limitation of Liability

SigmaTechGH provides its systems and services in good faith and to the best of our ability. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law:

• We are not liable for any loss of business, loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our systems
• We are not liable for losses caused by hardware failure, power outages, or environmental factors outside our control
• We are not liable for tax penalties or compliance issues arising from your use of our systems — you remain responsible for verifying your own tax obligations
• Our total liability in any matter relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the terms were last revised.

Continued use of this website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
