When you purchase and use one of our offline systems:

• No data is sent to SigmaTechGH or any third-party server
• No internet connection is required for the system to operate
• You are the sole owner and controller of all data within the system
• SigmaTechGH cannot view, access, or recover your data remotely

You are responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend regular backups to an external drive or secondary storage device.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Netlify (our hosting provider) and any form submission service we use may process your data as part of their infrastructure. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Legal obligation: If required by Ghanaian law or a valid legal process, we may be required to disclose certain information.

Outside of these situations, your information stays with us and is used only to serve you.
